Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box to ensure efficient processing.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid DHL or UPS return label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous labels are visible.

  Drop Off or Collection
